Cancellation Policy

We understand that your plans can change at any time, kindly review our cancellation policy and feel free to contact us should you have any further questions.     

REFUNDS

    *    Your tour is fully refundable up to 30 days before your tour date.
    *    Cancellations between 30 and 7 days before your tour date are refundable less a 20% processing fee.
    *    If you cancel less than 7 days before your tour date, your tour is non-refundable and a credit will be issued.

CREDITS

    *   Credits are issued for full amount paid for tour.
    *   Credits never expire and are transferable. 
    *   Credit must be used for tours of equal value or above. 

WEATHER
 
   *   Tours are conducted rain or shine
   *   Should the weather prevent you from adequately enjoying your tour, you may reschedule for another date with no penalty
   *   Should an alternative date not be available, a credit will be issued for full tour amount.
